One man, named Roger Stephens got angry when a 2 year old girl started crying, and warned the girl’s mother to make her quiet or he will do so. Naturally, the mother must have failed to make the kid quiet and hence the guy slapped the little girl. Am sure even that would not have worked either, kids are very sensitive and trying a force on them might make the kid quiet permanently.
